Virtual Appointment Payment Policy
To reserve your appointment time, payment is collected when you book.​ Payments are non-refundable, but we understand that schedules change. If you cannot attend your visit, you may reschedule with advance notice.​ Thank you for respecting our time and commitment to your care.

Virtual Visits are conducted through the OnPatient portal. You will receive a an email from OnPatient to set up a portal account. You can check in for your visit in advance, and your visit link will be available within the appointment link.

After you select your appointment time, return to this page for payment processing. Your appointment will no be confirmed until payment is received. It may be cancelled if payment is not received within 24 hours of booking.
